THITHOMBO GAME FARM

Thithombo Game Farm is a 1100 ha privately owned game farm nestled in Limpopo Province - South Africa 's northernmost province. The province is named after the great Limpopo River that flows along its northern border; with its rich wildlife , spectacular scenery and a wealth of historical and cultural treasures.

  You don't have to travel far to let your soul be captivated by a paradise of bushveld and wild life.  Thithombo is only 160 km from Pretoria and 30 minutes drive from Modimole (Nylstroom) and Mookgopong (Naboomspruit).

  The farm provides habitat to many game species like impala, kudu, nyala, bles buck, duiker, brown hyena, jackal, caracal and leopard and an abundance of bird life as the farm is only 10km from the world renowned Ramsar site, NYLSVLEY Conservancy, that forms part of South Africa's largest flood-plain, namely; The Nyl River Flood-plain that stretches over 70km.

This is the ideal place for corporate and family getaways as well as for hunting trips with your buddies.”

The farm has two different types of accommodation facilities:

Thithombo Bush Camp (Boskamp) and the Witkoppie Hunter's house

Both are uniquely equipped for self catering groups. We can however do catering for groups who prefer to do so i.e in the case of corporate bookings.

These two facilities are rented out as a whole to groups. According to the nature and needs of a group it can then be decided on which camp to book.

Both camps are very child friendly and ideal for those family break aways.
